Securing a premium customer experience by taking lead on system and IT development, related to platform, service providers and order fulfillment. This includes ongoing platform enhancements, as well as supporting internal and external stakeholders in providing a persistent customer value.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / JOB SCOPE:
• Management of activities related to platform operations
• Drive local initiatives as well as global enhancements of the platform
• System quality assurance and integration lead (internally and in interface with service providers)
• Troubleshooting in case of issues with system processes
• Support internal stakeholders with ecommerce related matters
• Ensuring smooth transmission of information from Global ERP system to eStore platform
• Report (weekly/monthly) on operational KPIs
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
• Academic background in business, system, or other higher relevant education is required
• At least 1 years' experience of working within an ecommerce/retail business, preferably within support or platform management.
• Experience from working in a cross country or division organisation (i.e. Nordic function)
• Experience working within SAP or other ERP
• Support oriented problem solver
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks from a customer centric viewpoint
• Structured and well organized, with an eye for details
• Understanding of business processes and systems
