Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Continue to develop our plant in putting our customer and market needs in center of everything we do
• Commit to plant health and safety improvements
• Enroll all employees to our strategies and create a clear sense of direction and focus
• Share and create a trusting relationship and recruit, manage and develop excellent plant staff
• Increase productivity to contribute to Volvo Buses competitiveness
• Lead and practice Volvo Buses change program, Lean@Buses
• Create superior cooperation with internal and external suppliers and customers in the value chain
Required Knowledge and Experience
• Experience from leading operations
• Experience from leading change and transformation
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge and experience of Volvo Production System (VPS)/lean and Operational Development (OD) is an advantage
