We are now looking for Planning Support Admin as a part of Planning Management Group
Key Responsibilities
- Planning Support Administration (how to use the system features)
- To be a Subject Matter Expert of the Planning (VPL) system
- Key user of the Planning system
The role involves:
- To develop in depth skills within the Planning system features, Planning process and administration, enabling the team to become the Knowledge Centre as a back office within NEVS.
- To be Planning Management Group's representative to our Chinese sites and colleagues
- To primarily coach, support and train the dedicated SME's within NEVS organization, to be fully confident, within Planning management tools and system.
- To administrate tasks within Planning Management Group.
- To support the Planning Management Group within Planning process, tools and other planning management tasks.
- To support management to be confident within the Planning system.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor of Science or higher degree
- Experience within the Automotive industry, preferably within Vehicle development
- Experience of Planning Management
- A+ certification or corresponding competence or experience
- Fluent in English and Chines both spoken and written
To be successful in this role, you need to:
- Be a team player with ability to plan and prioritize your tasks as well as supporting others
- Be action oriented, and quick to act and able to prioritize when facing ambiguity
- Be flexible to a changing work environment
- Be professional and business oriented in your profession
- Have Project Management and Coaching skills

NEVS is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
