About the job
Responsibilities:We are looking for a Piping Design Engineer for our High Speed Separator systems in Food and Life Science industries.
You will work in close collaboration with our project managers and market units and you will be responsible for drafting P&I Diagrams, process piping design in 3D, component selection and quality checks. You will also be PRES (Product responsible) for a range of Food and Life Science systems
Qualifications:We are looking for a candidate with a degree in mechanical engineering and some years experience from process piping design within an industrial construction group or a consulting company, preferably from the pharmaceutical, process or food industry
You are very familiar with process piping design in 3D and should have experience with P&I Diagrams and process components selection. It's meritorious if you have knowledge about the ASME BPE standard and know how to do flow calculations and mechanical stress analysis.
You are a good technician with great networking capabilities, well structurized and serviceminded. Practicalities:The position requires approximately 10-20 travelling days per year and is based in Tumba, Sweden.
