Other tasks related to education/training

The successful candidate has a university/college Bachelor or Master's degree in life science, medicine, pharmacy, engineering, or similar. Knowledge in pharmacovigilance, experience of project management, and pedagogical skills are also required. It is an advantage if you have experience of teaching or developing training, especially e-learning or remote learning. You are fluent in written and spoken English, and it would be beneficial if you have other language skills, e.g. French or Russian.

You are someone who enjoys working in close collaboration both within your own team as well as with colleagues elsewhere in the organization. The role also requires a high degree of independent work. You also have an aptitude for development and innovation. To be successful in the role you will need to cope well with changes in internal or external demands with a flexible mindset. You are self-driven and result-oriented with excellent communication skills both written and orally with a clear focus on quality. Other desirable attributes include being responsible, analytical, organized, and solution-oriented.
