We are looking for a skilled person who can take on the role as Personal Assistant to our Sales Manager, Finance Officer and Managing Director.
The role requires a person able to multitask, with knowledge and previous experience in Sales as well as in Finance and as Personal Assistant to Managing Director.
In your role you will be translating to and from English and German, work with book keeping, issuing sales quotes, invoicing and handle client contacts world wide. You will work with advanced presentations and word processing in MS Offfice. You also need to have the necessary experience in order to handle web page publications and production of marketing material.
The person who we are looking for must fullfill the following requirements:
Masters in Business Administration
Native English speaker
Fluent in German and Swedish
Advanced knowledge of MS Office
Book keeping
Preferable is also knowlege in Organisation psychology and Human Resources and experience from working abroad as well as in International Organizations
As a person you must be highly flexible and a fast learning. You must be able to adapt to a fast moving environment and be able to take own initiatives and adapt to self learning.
