Are you in for a real challenge where you'll develop yourself professionally as well as personally? We'll create a new squad within Play'n GO focusing on Performance and are therefore looking for a Performance Team Leader who'll be responsible for making this the best team there is. The squad will be working closely together with Operations and Development to ensure cross-team knowledge sharing and cooperation. You'll develop and maintain the team's roadmap and ensure alignment with overall strategic goals as well as actively working with infrastructure related parts in relation to performance test. In this role you'll also create and improve test scenarios and coverage from an infrastructure point of view.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team and responsible for breaking down the goals into action points and milestones including follow-up

• Contribute with infrastructure (network, hardware, os, database administration etc) competency

• Responsible for keeping up to date with production performance and ensure performance environments are as production like as possible

• Responsible for setting up and maintaining performance system monitoring

• Responsible for documentation, knowledge transfer and information sharing, both within the squad and with other relevant departments

You are game if:

• You have at least five years technical operations working experience of 24/7/365 critical systems

• You are used to work with analytical tools like ElasticSearch, Splunk, Kibana, Grafana
• You have at least one year of experience leading/managing a team and loves what you do
• English is a piece of cake and you have excellent communication skills
• You have broad infrastructure knowledge (hardware, cloud, network, storage, OS) with a creative mindset
• MSSQL administration and T-SQL experience is familiar to you
• You have experience of System and Service monitoring and have an eye for details
