ABOUT THE JOB
As Performance Specialist, you will be responsible to support the factory organization with performance improvements through Danones TPM System. You will be supporting continuous improvement projects and activities to meet the production lines' performance and ensuring alignment within Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation and Nature parameters (SQCDMN). You will continuously facilitate culture change and acceptance of lean manufacturing principles to guarantee efficiency and increase productivity. You will be working close to the packaging department.
The performance Specialist reports to the Factory Manager of Lunnarp Factory.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
• Factory Performance Improvement program using Danone's Lean system
• Leading improvement plans / initiatives to meet goals and standards in the field of SQDCMN
• Facilitating the design and implementation of the Performance Driving Systems (SIM)
• Contribute to development of the DaMaWay standards and tools
• Identify and engage teams on Productivity opportunities
• Developing skills and performance behavior of colleagues through training and coaching
• Contribute to Productivity projects
• Superuser for RSP and MES system (Good Solutions)
• RCA (Root Cause Analysis)
• Reporting daily/weekly/monthly to the Group
ABOUT YOU
In order to be successful you need to have:
• Bachelor degree in relevant subject such as: Engineering / Mechanical / Lean manufacturing
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing environment
• Experience with Lean manufacturing/TPM
• Experience with data analysis
• Excellent MS excel level
• Fluent in Swedish and very good spoken and written English
• Good communication and presentation skills
As a person you will need to be an excellent team player and motivated self-starter with an open attitude to learning new ways of working and being enthusiastic about leading, animating and implementing these ways of working. You are a person who have good analytical skills and are driven to achieve results and have the ability to engage others and lead projects to completion.
