hela Sverige MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the performance managment team. Prioritize work on daily basis. Manage the performance of Operated Networks and provide reporting according to customer and internal needs. Interact with other parts of the Operations team, Customer teams and customers. Develop the performance management operations, tools and people.
Key Responsibilities:
Day to day management of PM teams tasks, priorities and schedules
Manage the use of Performance Management tools (NSN and 3rd party) to quickly detect problems and find solutions.
Analyze network performance issues and find solutions sometimes in cooperation with customer and other expert teams.
Create reports and participate in regular internal/external meetings
Actively co-ordinate trouble solving activities in the Network Operations Center
Actively co-operate with different groups in quality and performance issues to ensure the best quality of the Network.
Ensure right reports in the right place at the right time
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in operating telecommunications networks
Management experience (People and/or process)
Good UMTS System knowledge
GSM system knowledge is a plus
Experience of NSN performance management tools is a plus
Good knowledge of NSN products is a plus

BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION:
This position is part of the Managed Services organization in Sweden. You will work in a dynamic network operations center environment with close customer interaction.
