choice. For our office in Stockholm we are looking for Performance
Management Engineer Core! Purpose of the Job - Measure and report
the quality of the monitored network as well as troubleshoot and improve the
network. Key Responsibility Areas JOB ROLES (if defined) AND
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Master all performance management tools (Nokia and
3rd party) - Distribute the reports on network performance - Actively
participate in trouble solving - Actively co-operate with Network Planning
in quality issues - Support technical experts in network performance issues.
DELIVERABLES / PERFORMANCE MEASURES (Goals and targets to be achieved,
reporting etc.): The right reports in the right place at the right
time. Good co-operation with the main interfaces. Competence
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (List of the key competencies needed in the position):
• Accuracy - Collaboration skills - Efficiency and quality -
Information sharing - Networking skills EXPERIENCE (Recommended
work experience for this position): - Experience in Nokia Core equipment
• Experience in operating telecommunication networks - Experience in
networking and collaborating with different units - Experience in Nokia
NMS2000 or NetAct EDUCATION (recommended level of education/knowledge):
BSc., Technician or equivalent.
