For our office in Stockholm we are looking for Performance Management Engineer Core!
Purpose of the Job
• Measure and report the quality of the monitored network as well as troubleshoot and improve the network.
Key Responsibility Areas
JOB ROLES (if defined) AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Master all performance management tools (Nokia and 3rd party)
• Distribute the reports on network performance
• Actively participate in trouble solving
• Actively co-operate with Network Planning in quality issues
• Support technical experts in network performance issues.
DELIVERABLES / PERFORMANCE MEASURES (Goals and targets to be achieved, reporting etc.):
The right reports in the right place at the right time. Good co-operation with the main interfaces.

EXPERIENCE (Recommended work experience for this position):
• Experience in Nokia Core equipment
• Experience in operating telecommunication networks
• Experience in networking and collaborating with different units
• Experience in Nokia NMS2000 or NetAct
EDUCATION (recommended level of education/knowledge):
BSc., Technician or equivalent
