The People Services team is the first point of contact for all employees and managers in regards to administration and compliance. The team supports within the following areas; payroll, administration, business ethics, code of conduct and statutory reporting among others.
Mölnlycke is now looking for a People Services Specialist Payroll to join our People Services Team.

As a People Services Specialist Payroll, there is great opportunity and variety in activity day to day....
You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate processing of payroll for Sweden, adhering to internal and external requirements. You will play a vital role in providing timely and relevant information to the Finance and People functions, as well as offering professional and confidential support to the organization.

You'll be joining a successful company to match your own ambitions, and it will be your responsibility to:
Manage payroll administration in compliance with policies, labor laws, and regulations.
Resolve payroll system issues and liaise with vendors when necessary.
Maintain interface/data files in or out from our payroll system.
Document and update instructions regarding payroll and related processes.
Administer absences in systems and to authorities according to legislation and policy.
Provide timely and accurate support to employees in payroll-related matters.
Respond and resolve assigned cases within defined time frames and quality standards.
Contribute to the development of administrative People Services Processes and support defined projects.
Proactively identify and address gaps in the Knowledge Library within own areas of expertise.
Maintain employee files in accordance with GDPR regulations.

Knowledge of relevant systems
Experience working in an international environment
Communicative, both in Swedish and English
Interest in continuing education related to law, regulation, benefits, pension, and payroll systems.

Qualifications and Experience:
Post-secondary education within payroll administration.
Minimum 2-5 years' experience in similar positions.
