We currently run four bars in Sweden and in the planning of two more over the next 2 years - so we do employ quite a few people now, and more to come.
We are eager to take the next step in our people process and for that, we need an amazing human being that fulfill our requirements, both in experience and documented results of the role, but also in beer and people. Plus, that extra something that makes you a perfect fit for our team!

The responsibility of the role is simple: Everything people.
This means taking care of recruitment for all roles in the company, both pro active and retro active, induction/introduction processes, L&D development, staff salary/benefits process, staff satisfaction, and so on. See below for more details.
The role reports to our Operations Overlord and is at start a 50% role. We prefer the person joining the team to be situated in the south part of Sweden, but that is no requirement.
We are looking for a more junior person starting their career, though with some prior experience in a similar role.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
o Graduation in HR related education, preferably included business financial classes
o Microsoft Office awesomeness
o Recruitment management/responsibility experience, preferably in the restaurant sector
o Very well understanding in business finances, calculation ROI's and such.
o In general a kick ass, fun person that loves beer and dogs and people
MERITORIOUS ASPECTS:
o >2 years of experience in a similar role
o Experience in developing L&D for smaller companies
o Experience from the restaurant business, either in a similar role or as staff
o Driver, not passenger. Thirst for developing solid processes
