We currently run four bars in Sweden and in the planning of two more over the next 2 years - so we do employ quite a few people now, and more to come. With people comes awesomeness but also bumps in the road that needs proactive and reactive work.
We want our staff to be the absolute best in the business, and we want to make sure that we're a very attractive workplace, where people will excel in their beer career through induction trainings and ongoing trainings.
We are eager to take the next step in our people process and for that, we need an amazing human being that fulfill our requirements, both in experience and documented results of the role, but also in beer and people. Plus, that extra something that makes you a perfect fit for our team!
The responsibility of the role is simple: Everything people. Primarily recruitment & development of our people through trainings. There is quite a lot of material available from BrewDog already, but we are also developing local training programs.
The role also contains some admin duties to assist our Operations Overlord, whom you will be working very close with.
This means taking care of recruitment for all roles in the company, both pro active and retro active, induction/introduction processes, L&D development, staff salary/benefits process, staff satisfaction, and so on.
The role reports to our Operations Overlord and as a 75-100% role. We prefer the person joining the team to be situated in the south part of Sweden, but that is no requirement.
We are looking for a more junior person starting their career, though with some prior experience in a similar role.
Maybe you are a successful restaurant/bar manager with a documented awesome people skills who have been recruiting and training new staff in a beer environment?
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:
o Microsoft Office awesomeness
o Recruitment management/responsibility experience, preferably in the restaurant sector
o Understanding in business finances, calculation ROI's and such.
o Pro active with massive people skills
o Driver, not passenger. Thirst for developing solid processes
o Some sort of training/trainer experience
o In general a kick ass, fun person that loves beer and dogs and people
MERITORIOUS ASPECTS:
o Graduation in HR related education, preferably included business financial classes
o >2 years of experience in a similar role
o Experience in developing L&D for smaller companies
Our new amazing People Person should be onboard our good ship during spring 2018 as we are opening a new bar , recruitment rolls on until we've find that special someone!
