To our P&C team in central Stockholm, we are looking for a People Partner (HR Business Partner) to enable tomorrow's healthcare.
Joining the People & Culture team at Platform24 means you will have an impact in building the culture and the People function to support a growing international business. The People Partner role is a key piece of the puzzle to building a workplace where people thrive. This role will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer and work closely with other parts of the People & Culture team: Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Office, and Engagement.
What you will do:
• Drive and support the yearly People processes and projects from idea to delivery
• Advising, coaching, and giving direction to managers in Europe in all People related topics such as employment, onboarding, performance management, organizational development, Comp & Ben, labor law, etc.
• Partner with managers to develop individuals, teams, and functions through coaching and team development.
• Drive and contribute to global HR projects in line with interests, needs, and prioritization with others in the People & Culture team. Project areas may include: Learning & Development, Leadership, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity & Inclusion, Sustainability, Employer Branding, HR systems & Analytics, Sustainability
• Work closely with the organization to be able to transform business needs into HR requirements, processes, and activities to ensure an exceptional employee journey experience.
• Contribute to building a professional and attractive international P&C function
Who are you?
We think that you have a relevant academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field. You have a few years of experience in HR generalist or HR Business Partner roles. First and foremost, we think that you thrive in a tech scale-up environment, can adapt to a changing environment, and like the mix between operational, strategic, and administrative tasks. You create trusting and collaborative relationships with managers, employees, and other stakeholders. You are hands-on, well organized, and have a roll-up sleeve attitude with a creative mindset who really thinks team collaboration is the way to go and can role-model the Platform24 culture and values.
You have a good grasp of the major HR processes including labor law and work environment topics. Our company language is English but to be successful in this role, you need both written and spoken fluency in English and Swedish
