More about the role
As our P&G Partner, you will be working with and support managers and employees in all HR-topics within our Sales & Marketing organization, as well as our Segments. These units are spread out in regions across the globe and they are truly international and diverse. You will be part of our global People & Growth team with collegues specialized in fields such as Learning & Development, Compensantion & Benefits, Talent & Employer Branding. You will report to VP People & Growth and be located in Stockholm
Your days will be filled with;
Supporting leaders globally in all HR related areas
Drive the yearly HR-processes together with the other P&G Partners
Being part of and drive global HR projects i.e. values and culture, team collaboration workshops, performance management etc.
Ensuring good alignment with global HR teams (US, Japan, China, Europe)
Facilitating forums, trainings and meetings with managers and employees
Driving some of the key recruitments within the organization
We believe you have
Years of broad experience within HR from both a strategic and operative role.
A relevant academic background within Human Resources Management or similar.
Experience from a global setting, preferably towards US, Europe, China or Japan.
Knowledge in all various HR-processes including labor law, work environment etc
Experience from supporting and coaching leaders on all levels
Excellent English skills, both verbal and in writing since we 're a global setting
If you have experience from expatriation and international assignments it 's a bonus!
