hela Sverige Publiceringsdatum2016-05-13Dina arbetsuppgifterAs People Performance Management Process Owner you are responsible to provide the organisation with global methods, processes and tools to enhance individual and team performance in line with organizational objectives by creating a high-performance culture.
Some of the responsibilities include: Coordinate, follow up and further improve actual processes and tools like Compass, Performance Development Dialogue, 360 feedback, competency management and performance management, based upon the business needs. Continue with the development of the Competence Management Model for Alfa Laval; including our three pilots, the competence definition model, competence profiles and its integration with other projects, processes and tools.
Be part of the team that implements the new Human Capital Management System, representing People Development and our processes and tools. Support and promote local implementation of people performance processes and tools in the different Alfa Laval organizations including acquired companies.
Utbildning och erfarenhetWe look for a senior HR professional with team spirit and network skills, with a solution focused and challenging attitude. Someone who balance flexibility and resilience to implement new concepts at international and cross functional level, who is able to inspire others taking in consideration the internal and external trends and demands.
The candidates need to have proven experience on implementing and driving people performance process and tools in Alfa Laval as well as working on international and cross functional level.
