SW is on behalf of Videoplaza looking to hire a Payroll Specialist. Your employment will be with SW, starting date is as soon as possible and the assignment reaches until january 2016.

Role description
As a Payroll Specialist you will be reporting to Accounting manager and be responsible for payroll administration within the Videoplaza group. Furthermore you will be acting as back-up for the finance assistants and be involved in projects regarding implementation of expense management system and outsourcing of payroll services.

Your main responsibilities will be:

•        Administration of time and expense reports for approximately 90 employees

•        Prepare monthly payroll data for all employees

•        Main point of contact for all payroll providers

•        Per diem calculation

•        Prepare expense reports for bookkeeping purposes

•        Contribute as a local expert in the payroll projects

•        Backup in the day-to-day work with accounts payable, bank reconciliation
        and corporate cards

Key internal and external stakeholders

•        Finance team in Stockholm

•        HR in London and California

•        Employees and managers

•        Finance team in Mexico and California

•        External (Payroll partners and payroll system providers
