We are looking for a Chef de Partie in the Pastry department of a 5 star
hotel in the city of Glasgow, Scotland. You will have to love working and
making quality products to produce desserts, breads & confectionary for the
guests, in the fine dining restaurant and in the extensive banqueting
operations, which is one of the biggest in Scotland. There are 6 chefs in
the pastry section.
You will be expected work a 45-hour week and the term of employment is for
at least 1 year.
