We are looking for a person to our new role as Partnership & Purchasing Support.
The Partnership organization's assignment is to broaden our market, expand the business and offerings portfolio and of course fulfill the needs of the operations concerning best fit tools and services in alignment with our strategies and customer needs. Furthermore, the Partnership organization is also responsible for assuring quality and cost control as well as setting way of working and governance structures together with our most important suppliers.
To succeed we believe that you: love networking and building strong relationships, love to solve problems and has a passion for administration.
You must have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions with the ability to adapt to both internal changes and market needs with a global focus.
In your daily work you will be reporting to the Purchasing & Partnership Manager and work closely with internal stakeholders.
Main topics;
• Coordinate our partner/purchasing activities
• Support the Partnership Managers
• Administration such as agreements, NDAs, etc.
What you give
We believe that you finished your studies within purchasing or/and economics and has been working as a purchasing assistant during summers /part time/ 1-2 years.
