MultiMind is looking for a . Partner Training Manager for Northern Europe, you will play a critical role in scaling a strategic computing platform. This is an exciting consultancy opportunity starting as soon as possible till 12 months with the possibility for extension.
Responsibilities: Oversee local partner education in collaboration with our central teams.
Create the training strategy in the region that defines the target group, messaging, delivery modes, as well as the execution plan.
Discover and customize the right methodology and tone of voice to present local training reports, highlights and insights.
Manage the local execution of formal and informal training across all retail partners, including instructor-led workshops, e-learning modules, one-pagers, and demos.
Cascade globally created content and programs and localise where necessary.
Deliver trainings and workshops that are engaging, memorable, and fun.
Collaborate with local third-party vendors and field teams responsible for executing training, and manage relationships with retailers' training leads.
Track key retail training metrics, including recommendation rates and product knowledge levels and drive improvements across all areas. Ensure our programs are measured consistently to better evaluate impact and quality.
Coordinate training events and Ambassador / engagement programs that create delightful experiences for retailer sales associates.
Delivery against yearly expectations, KPIs and objectives.
Motivate and inspire people to use, promote and sell.
Mandatory: +3 years experience in building and executing comprehensive, dynamic training programs, preferably in a retail and/or consumer electronics environment.
Well versed in adult learning and blended learning methodologies.
Capable with instructional design, delivery and evaluation of training solutions.
Strategic thinker with proven leadership skills, who can take visions and concepts and develop structured training plans, with measurable metrics, and implement execution.
Strong understanding of, and passion for consumer electronics.
Experience from working with various retail partners across varying levels of seniority.
Track record of effectively managing strategic partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage small working groups independently with structure.
High working capacity and eagerness to constantly learn, improve and share!
Fluency in English. Additional language from Nordics/Benelux is an advantage.
Desired: BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
Background in retail and/or Consumer electronics.
Work experience from both agency and client side.
