ABOUT THE POSITION

We are expanding our Partner team! If you are a self driven, long-term relationship builder with experience in B2B sales, that wants to be part of our mission to make a positive change towards workplace fairness - read on.

As Partner Sales Manager at Pihr, you will be responsible for finding and managing partners. You will generate leads, meetings and revenue from happy partnerships. If we break that down, you will identify, qualify, negotiate and sign new partners on a global scale. You will leverage relationships with existing partners to accelerate growth through new business opportunities, for example by driving joint marketing initiatives to generate quantifiable demand in new markets. In this role, you manage and support partner on-boarding and enablement activities, and continue to work closely with partners to develop partner success metrics that drive revenue growth.

The Partner team at Pihr is somewhat like a "startup in a startup", that requires a lot of engagement and gives development and growth in return. We believe that you are a very self driven person with an entrepreneurial spirit and commercial mindset. To succeed in this role, you need to be comfortable with working on your own, while collaborating with internal teams across product, marketing, sales and customer success, to align on partnership initiatives, resources, and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Structured- with great planning and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills, you have a natural ability to connect with people and build strong and long-lasting relationships.
• You can manage stakeholders at all levels.
• Self-driven with an entrepreneurial spirit, and commercial mindset.
• Experience in B2B sales, prefferably in the SaaS industry.
• English, working proficiency level (Swedish is not a must).
