Job Description

As a Partner Manager within the New Business Development team, you are responsible for building and developing strong partnerships with curated and selected brands within interior design. You manage allocated brands/partners to make sure that set KPIs and business goals are met. It is your responsibility to set joint business plans with partners and make sure to align these with the internal Sales, Marketing and Assortment team. In this role, you are the true link between our valuable external brands/partners and our internal online business. In the role of Partner Manager, you will be the external spokesperson for business model partnerships and be in charge of the recruitment of new partners, prospecting and evaluating readiness. In addition, you will constantly look for opportunities to grow our business with different partners.
The role also includes:
Continuing our work and growth with our newly implemented Drop shipment, this will be a big part of your role
Secure joint business plans and commercial plans with partners and drive to realize them
Follow-up and analyze performance and take actions accordingly
Negotiate terms, targets, and prices with partners
Secure partner budget and business roadmap
Solve barriers both with partners and internally
Be a key player and work closely with Assortment team to drive selling
Strong link towards Online Sales team to optimize selling
Secure and deliver on our targets and budgets
Account Management by securing the best
communication flow for partners

Qualifications

As a person you are proactive in your approach and make things happen - a doer who does rather than sits and waits. You have excellent presentation and communication skills as well as being a true relationship builder with strong social skills. You are a self-motivator who is strongly driven by results and achieving difference. You thrive in an ever-changing environment and in a startup context. You like the fact that not all things are set, and you have no problem with seeking the best solution by yourself, as you are a problem solver used to navigate through complex organizations and business models.
We also see that you have:
Several years of B2B Sales/Account Management experience, preferably within the retail industry and Drop shipment
Deep digital/e-commerce understanding, including knowledge in roles and drivers of online selling
Strong proven analytical skills from previous roles and the ability to take actions based on your analysis
Solid experience and capability to build relationships with professionals at all organizational levels including C-level
Strong interest in partnerships, interior, online sales and creating win/win situations
A natural team-player with great ability to make things happen across divisions and roles
Used to navigate a complex landscape and embrace change
Full proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Experience from international interior industry is seen as meriting.
