Hi there,

We are a startup - a deals selling website www.getdeals.se which is going to launch in mid March. We are looking for energetic, charismatic and talented people to join our team as Sales Executives.

The internal communication will be in English, but the job is in Swedish, or in English for those brilliant candidates, who will convince us that they can handle it regardless. :)

Your position as a Sales Executive will imply:

1) APPROACH NEW CUSTOMERS:

Cold call potential clients - I will provide you with leads lists which you can call, but you can do your own lead-sourcing as well - be creative.

Approach potential clients in life (valid for those from Stockholm) - if you see a potential customer just step in and talk directly to the manager.

2) DEAL NEGOTIATION - negotiate deals with our partners and write the deal description text for the contract and for placing it on our website (can be in English if you don't speak Swedish - we will have it translated).

3) SIGN THE E-CONTRACT - using the templates from our e-signing software.

4) POST THE DEAL on our platform.

Working hours:

The working time is flexible, as the job is performance-based. However, we expect an implication of at least 15 hours per week (between 8:00 - 17:00). You should understand that more time worked leads to better performance and thus - higher salary.

Targets and salary

You will have individual targets, aimed to keep you accountable and measure our Key Performance Indicators. Your salary will be commission-based, being equal to 40% commission from your deals' coupon sales.

We are offering such a high commission from sales in the first months, because we are a start-up and can't afford to pay base-salaries just yet. 40% is our break-even point, where we're not making any profit, but we are ready for this short-term sacrifice to achieve the long-term goals. And if you are ready to commit and be with us in the hard times, be ready to enjoy the benefits in the good times! This contract will be reviewable and when profits starts to come in, we will add a base salary and change the commission structure.

Your location, education and work experience do not matter, but here is what really matters:
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) and knowledge of Swedish is an advantage
• Good computer literacy (e-mail, word, excel, internet research)
• High energy level and great communication skills
• Commitment, dedication and enthusiasm
• Experience in any type of sales is a plus
• Experience in tele-sales and cold calling is an advantage
• Negotiating skills and advanced computer/sales/marketing skills are an advantage.

You can work from home or from wherever you feel comfortable.
