Office Management is the heart when it comes to the internal service at Klarna. We are responsible for the reception, administration, hosting and maintenance. Our primarily goal is to deliver excellent service to our colleagues and external clients/customers. We are now looking for a part time office host to reinforce the team and help us reach our goal of becoming the best internal service provider. The working hours can vary depending on what needs to be done around the office, for example: 6:00-10:00 or 14:00-18:00.

Success in this role means making the service work smoothly in the office. You will do daily office rounds, stock up on office supplies in the printer rooms, oversee the conference rooms and refill them with the materials they need. You will make sure the office is nice and clean and handle the postal service once or twice a week. You will also support our host, janitor and reception if needed.

You are a positive, efficient and reliable person who enjoys being part of a fast-paced organization where only change is constant. Working towards common goals together with dedicated, social team members makes you tick. You thrive on getting a great deal of responsibility and freedom. We expect you to be fluent in Swedish and English, extra language skills are a plus.
