Retention is a Management Consulting firm focusing on Strategic Human Resource Management & Organisation. We work with Transformation Recruitment & Organisational Performance
We are now looking for a diligent student willing to gain professional experience 1-3 days / week
Role & Responsibility
Your job will be to support the consulting team in their daily work. The tasks contain everything from analytical work - producing reports and conduct research, to prepare and participate in meetings.
Further on, you will take an active part in executing sales activities together with the sales department. Within sales, you will get the opportunity to participate in a wide array of operations such as strategic segmentation, newsletters etc.

Attributes & Experience
We are looking for a very driven and result oriented student, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a B2B focused mind-set. As a colleague and team-player, you are hands on, humble and easy going. Further on, you need to be analytical and structured with an ability to handle multiple actions. Experience from project management as well as B2B-sales are praiseworthy.
Qualifications:
• On going degree in business Administration and/or Industrial engineering
• Handle Swedish and English fluently
• Passionate about People, Organization & Change
