Division Services Execution offers a range of products and services covering everything from maintenance to refurbishment, overhaul, spare parts and modernization. The Contracts & Legal Affairs department Services Nordic is a small team of three lawyers covering a geographical area consisting of Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark and the Baltic states dealing with a wide variety of legal questions. The work requires fluency in both English and Swedish as well as excellent legal drafting skills in both these languages. The main legal areas for the team are commercial law, public procurement law, competition law, IP, and dispute resolution.
The Contracts & Legal Affairs department is looking for an energetic trainee for part time assistance with both administrative and legal matters at our office in Liljeholmen. You will get the chance to gain hands-on experience in business law, procurement and claim management by assisting the team's more senior lawyers with legal research and analysis, drafting contracts and providing advice to the business.
You should
• Successfully have completed at least six semesters of law studies at a Swedish university
• Be a native Swedish speaker and have an excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
• Be MS Office literate
• Have an interest in our line of business and commercial law
• Be willing and able to work at least 15 hours per week (in average)
• Have strong interpersonal skills and good judgment
• Be energetic and have a proactive approach
• Have a sense of pragmatism and can do attitude
• Have strong communication skills
• Have strong team orientation, still being comfortable operating independently
Proficiency in other Nordic languages would be considered an asset

The employment is during the summer, but there is a possible chance to continue working part-time in the fall. We offer flexible working hours, so you will be able to combine this part time assignment with your studies (15 hours a week in average)
