The business unit Plant Automation & Information Solutions within Tetra Pak Processing Systems has an exciting growth journey ahead of the coming years; To successfully fulfil the ambitions a sharp focus on developing both existing and a number of new capabilities is needed.
We are looking for a PAIS Global Capability Driver to drive the consolidated work with our global capabilities. You will work closely together with colleagues in Tetra Pak's cluster organisations as well as central organisations in both processing and packaging. As PAIS Global Capability Driver your main objective will be to globally ensure Tetra Pak's capability, within several competence areas, by continuous improve, develop and coach as well as securing availability of enabling procedures, stand-ards and tools. You will also create and drive internal and external networks and benchmarks to facilitate capability development with Tetra Pak's clients.
You will report to the Director Projects & Centre of Expertise. The position offers a great possibility to work both with strategic plans and commercial projects and will require experience from managing both business and people aspects.
Main responsibilities
• Drive and deploy appointed capability area globally and ensure that Tetra Pak organisations have the right level of knowledge and competence by providing best practice through coaching and support
• Act as mentor to colleagues within the PAIS automation community
• Align and support Local Capability Drivers
• Maintain knowledge about existing and upcoming external tools, standards and regulations
• Create and maintain communication media and secure that stakeholders are informed
• Create and maintain Operational Performance Indicators and / or KPI's in the area of expertise to support Tetra Pak reach business goals by growing in respective capability
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in automation and with solid experience in building competences and capabilities on a global level. To be successful in this position, you must have more than 5 years of experience in developing and implementing new automation capabilities. The position also requires experience of driving business transformation projects and larger change initiatives.
You have a great interest in people & organisational development and have recognized strength within the leadership elements of change and engage. You are knowledgeable about how the business and organisations work, knows how to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network and have the ability to motivate people. You push yourself and others for results. You possess excellent communications skills and know how to establish long-term relations cross-functionally with all levels of the organization with both local and global stakeholders.
You are a good communicator and speak and write English expertly.
