Mölnlycke is now looking for a Packaging Developer within the R&D Wound Care department on a temporary contract to cover for a parental leave about one year. This an opportunity to join Mölnlycke and to be able to take on new opportunities ahead!

The purpose of the position
• is to support the development and implementation of new packaging solutions and/or design changes of existing packaging solutions to meet customer needs and/or to secure supply, compliance and competitiveness.

About the job
Your key accountabilities will be to drive and execute design control projects with limited complexity and business impact, deliver in assigned design control roles and to be accountable for appointed role in packaging related projects.
You'll be supporting activities to develop and implement new or improved packaging design.
You'll be accountable for technical documentation of protective packaging, establishing and maintaining appointed suppliers of raw materials and act as a speaking partner to procurement in packaging issues.
You'll also suggest new packaging technical solutions and potential suppliers and/or external partners in order to contribute to strategic decisions related.

Capabilities
To be able to take on this role you'll need to be trained according to Packaging Developer and assigned roles and you'll also need to have technical Knowledge in assigned medical device area, an understanding of end user needs, knowledge of Global Regulatory Requirements and standards related to the medical device packaging and QMS aswell as Design control.
To succeed in this role you'll need excellent communication skills, to be fluent in English written and spoken and to have a general business acumen.

Qualifications and Experience
• 2 years' experience within product / material / packaging development within MedTech.
• Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, life science or equivalent
