Role summary:
The P&C Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting managers on people matters within assigned functions of the organization. You will do this by partnering in operational matters and focusing on implementation of organizational plans that addresses current and anticipated organizational capability needs, ensure sustainable talent pipeline of the functions, and embed the desired culture and right ways of working.

Your 'day to day'
• Coach and advise leaders on people related processes throughout employee life cycle, utilizing available self service and digital solutions and tools.
• Provide input to P&C Manager on the challenges and needs taking into account developing the overall people priorities. Support and contribute to set the plan for future people priorities and deploy prioritized solutions that impact business success.
• As per agreed plans deploy P&C products and services in areas of Talent and Performance Management, Learning and Development, Organizational design, Compensation & Benefits, Employee & Labor Relationship, Inclusion & Diversity etc.
• Based on the available data of employee listening activities, contribute to facilitation, definition, and implementation of Functions specific employee engagement plans.
• Be up to date with functional/market employee data and trends and provide insights for informed decision making. Support P&C Manager in developing, deploying and modifying organizational design within assigned functions.
• Based on the business plans anticipate future needs of workforce and functional capabilities and propose action plans to address those needs. Support recruitment activities and liaise with TA for overall recruitment coordination.
• Promote an environment of learning and development to enable employees to build critical business capabilities.
• Ensure constructive labor relations compliant with legislation, external and internal collective agreements in assigned functions.

Who we're looking for
• Minimum 5 years of HR experiences, preferably in a multinational company
• University or equivalent in relevant field
• Familiar with Swedish labour legislation, experience with labour relations
• Understand the entire spectrum of HR programs, Life Cycle & Processes, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation
• Demonstrate an eye for business, the ability to see the ''bigger picture'' and a hands-on mentality to deploy new initiative
• Ability to work and interact with people at all levels of organization
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
