1. Develop local retail development strategies and implement local retail work plans;
Formulate local retail development strategy, execute local retail business plans.
2. Responsible for the day-to-day management of the local retail business, and assist in the management and control of the local retail business budget
In charge of local retail business management, support and manage local retail business budget.
3. Cooperate with MKT and GTM in China headquarters to carry out local activities such as branding, new product launches, and daily promotions, and monitor and evaluate the effect of activities
Organize and execute local marketing events and campaigns, including branding promotion, new product launch and other campaigns with MKT and GTM team in HQ China, evaluate and follow up feedback from the local market.
4. Manage the purchase/sales/inventory data of local retail customers, and support and assist local channel customers to improve their team's retail capabilities
Manage and analyze local retail PSI data, support and cooperate with local distribution teams to improve retail sales and capacity.
5. Assist local channel customers to implement retail store coverage, store on-site display, and retail material management;
Support local resellers in implementing goods hit key store shelves, in-store display, and retail materials management.
6. Responsible for the formation, management and training of the local retail team.
In charge of building the local retail team, leading and managing the team, training local retail staff and resellers' promoters.
Qualifications:
Key Abilities:
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in Chinese and English, English must be the working language, familiar with other minor languages is preferred;
Bachelor or above, professional working proficiency in English and Chinese; other language ability preferred.
2. 3-5 years of working experience in the same position in the consumer electronics industry, terminal retail management experience or channel management experience in the mobile phone or FMCG industry is preferred
About 3-5 years working experience in Customer Electronics Industry or equivalent positions, the experience in Retail management or Channel Management preferred.
3. Strong market analysis, marketing, promotion ability and keen market perception ability, working experience in Norway is preferred;
Good at Marketing analyzation, marketing promotion, sensitive about market dramatic;working experience in Norway preferred.
4. Strong communication, organization, coordination skills and teamwork spirit;
Good at communication, organization and coordination; team player.
5. Have a certain degree of dedication, team management experience is preferred.
Self-driven learner with challenge performance, team management experience preferred.
