hela Sverige Are you a Controller / Overheads Controller / Indirects Controller with experience from working in a fast paced environment? Are you available immediately? If so, we have the perfect assignment for you with our client - an international leader within IT-distribution
Responsibilities
As the SG&A (Selling, General and Administrative) Controller your main responsibility is to proactively support the business and provide analyses on overheads items (i.e items related to payroll, service fees, IT-costs etc). This includes month end results, month end closing, forecasts and any related ad-hoc reporting. You will be part of the FP&A team consisting of four people and report directly to the Nordic FP&A Director. You will play a key role in supporting business decisions and your tasks includes but are not limited to:
• Analysis of overhead items including but not limited to:
o Payroll
o All SG&A lines within Logistics and other Nordic functions such as Finance, HR and IT
o Different internal charges related to shared service center, Supply chain etc
• Month end close analyses and follow-up on Payroll and SG&A variances
• Driving the central part of the Payroll/SG&A planning and forecasting
• Ensuring correct planning of allocated charges
• Actively and pro-actively support the other team members, act as a team player and work for a good team spirit together with the other team members.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have at least 2 years of Controlling, preferably from a fast paced, international organization. You have a relevant academic education and are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and in writing. Experience from SAP is an advantage.
Furthermore you are flexible, analytical and have the ability to prioritize. Since there are many different contact points in the organization, we see that you are both open minded and educational with good social skills.
