Do you love service? Do you have what it takes to satisfy the customers of one of the world's largest companies during an international conference? Adecco gives you the opportunity to face some of the most challenging service situations you have ever seen.
How will your working day look like?
The hosts and hostesses will work as guides and ambassadors. It is your responsibility to welcome visitors, providing information, guiding and answering questions. The host/hostess team will be responsible for providing good service and a pleasant visit. You will be the face of a well known company name and your service must be at its best.
The journey will begin in 16th or 17th December 2015 with education where you will get all the information and knowledge you need to succeed as host/hostess. The conference and the working days will be 18th to 22nd January 2015. You must be able to work all of these days.
The shifts will be between 3-12 hours. Your working stations will be Gothenburg city and around.
You will be stationed in different hotels, congress centers and airports.
Who will enjoy this role?
Your energy, positive thinking and social skills will make you the right person for this position. With your focused attitude and customer approach you will be successful as a host/hostess. You are an outgoing and flexible team player who appreciate serving others and cooperates with other people with ease. You have experience of working in an international environment and you are trilingual. Languages in addition to Swedish and English are preferably French, Dutch, German, Italian, Korean, Japanese, Portuguese, Russian or Spanish.
Your experience and knowledge of similar roles will be an advantage when meeting visitors, and experience from international conferences would facilitate your role. Driver's license is a plus.
