General description of the position
Director Site Operations Sweden has the overall responsibility for leading, organizing and developing site operations in all locations in Sweden (Central warehouse, Clinical trials, Distribution central, Dose dispensing). The role ensures that Site operations in Sweden strives towards the strategic targets in accordance with processes, routines and regulations.
The role is responsible for budget, employees and business issues in accordance with delegated mandate, strategy and action plan. The company strives to work according to Lean. This means that contributing with suggestions of improvements for the business is part of the position. This also means actively contributing to the implementation of agreed proposals. The role has a direct impact, both in the short and long term, on the organization's costs for Site Operation Sweden in its own area of responsibility. Through the responsibility within a given framework, the role also has an indirect impact on the company's brand and thereby also the company's prerequisites to achieve set business and operational goals. Travels within Sweden and our Nordic contries on regular basis. Officebase in our Site in Enköping.

Main tasks & responsibilities
• Overall responsibility of Site Operations Sweden.
• Lead towards strategic and operational targets through subordinated Production Leaders and other direct reports.
• Develop Site Operation Sweden to continuously meet and exceed internal and external customer expectations.
• Budget and investment planning, organizational planning, action planning, follow up.
• Lead the Site Operation Sweden management team.
• Participate in Operations group management team meetings.
• People management with support from HR (Performance management, competence development, resource planning, managing the wellbeing of people).

Education
University degree within economics, logistics and/or management alternatively equivalent knowledge gained through other education and work experience.

Experience & specific expertise
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience, of which 5 years from management position in logistics/warehousing and 1 year from regulatory controlled industry.
• Excellent level of managerial skills experienced from leading in a multilevel organization in a blue collars environment.
• Good knowledge of finance and business control.
• Good level of understanding within automation development and implementation.
• Good experience with computers (Microsoft Office package, ERP, SAP).
• Good level of Swedish and English in speech and writing.
