We are currently seeking an Orderhandler to support the development of the UK and Mid European market.
Who you are
Both UK and Mid Europe see a strong growth in District Energy market. You will be the point of contact for our Distribution Partners in the region, as well as supporting the sales force in our common goal of becoming and staying the customer's first choice.
ResponsibilityAs an orderhandler, you will process the incoming orders from the different sources: partners, sales force, e-commerce tool.The customer satisfaction is your first and foremost concern: you deliver quality in combination with high responsiveness.
You work closely together with the sales force and internal sales developing the customer satisfaction in the region. Together with them, you form a winning team that delivers profitable business growth.
To be successful in this position, it is required that you are a dialogue-oriented person, service minded driven by an interest in customer satisfaction and commercial sense. You are strong in developing and maintaining relationships with customers and team members.
Your profile You have either education and/or solid working experience within customer service.
To be successful in this position you need to be structured and socially competent. You act fast on customer question and you are service minded and have general technical interest. You are self-driven and able to see the tasks through, efficient in communication and collaboration with others. You speak fluently German and English.
PracticalitiesThe position is based in Ronneby, Sweden, the headquarter of our business. You are expected to travel a few times per year to the territory to meet the key customers and sales force.
