Who are we, and what can we offer?
We are looking for a colleague to join our Order Support team in Volvo Trucks. The main mission of this team is to support and assist the dealer network and market companies with order planning. This team works with colleagues across the globe and interact with dealers, market companies and internal Volvo stakeholders to ensure we do our utmost to fulfill our customers' needs every day. Order Support in Volvo Trucks is located in Tuve factory, with the mission to provide premium brand support to our markets.
Main Responsibilities and Activities
The main responsibility for Order Support is to support the dealer network concerning planning and product issues in order to reach a good customer satisfaction. Some of the tasks are:
Give correct advice to the dealer network concerning the standard product offering so that the order can be specified correctly according to the wishes of the customer.
Send out information to the dealer network concerning delivery lead-times, so that the dealer can supply the customer with correct planning information.
Support the dealer network in the daily use of the order systems
Continuously monitor the orderbook and take the necessary actions to obtain optimal planning & specification according to the wishes of the customer.
Guarantee, together with your team, a continuous availability for the dealer network during the agreed working hours.
Cooperate with the technical sales engineer in the handling of customer adaptation (CA) requests.
This position also means developing current processes and ways of working, we constantly strive to improve and meet the expectations on flexibility and speed from our customers.

Have a higher education degree or comparable
Have good analytical skills
Are fluent in English and Swedish and have good communication skills, both written and spoken (additional languages and more advanced cultural knowledge are both considered a merit)
Are well organized and comfortable with regular dead lines
Eager to continuously learn and grow within your job
Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and an interest to learn new systems
Preferably have good understanding of both sales environment, manufacturing and logistics
