hela Sverige Schneider Electric Distribution Centre in Örebro supplies the Nordic market with products coming from different countries in Europe. The distribution center has about 150 employees in Warehouse, Adaptation centre and Support functions.
We are now looking for an Order Processing Specialist at Schneider Electric Distribution Centre in Örebro.
You will work in a competent and open minded team and the main tasks are:
• Order registration and Customer support
• Proactive work to ensure that products are delivered to the customer
• To act as the team's representative in projects and customer meetings
• Create, develop, update and close out processes and procedures
• To solve emerging issues relating to orders and deliveries through coordination with different departments
• Collection and analysis of data
Your competence and experience
We are searching for a targeted person with some years of experience from the field. You have excellent communication skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service focused environment. Experience from problem solving, creating reports and communicating results is valuable for this position. You are preferably an experienced Excel and SAP user, and you are expected to have a relevant Bachelor's degree.
