Publiceringsdatum2012-03-09Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a Member of the Order Desk at DeLaval you will be a member of a team that works in the area of Export Service.
You are responsible for:
• Placing orders, informing Local Sales Organisations, Dealers and Direct Customers regarding order status and shipments
• Providing correct and timely information to accounting department
• Issuing and presenting correct shipping documents in accordance with rules and regulations
• Follow up and comply with existing Trade Compliance regulations
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have minimum gymnasium competence and at least 2 years relevant experience in an administrative role with frequent contacts with customers within order, export or logistics. You preferably have a good knowledge in Letter of Credit and Trade Compliance. Previous experience in shipping department is an advantage. Experience in SAP and basic knowledge in accounting is a merit. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Since the job includes a lot of contact with both internal and external stakeholders, you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The job requires ability to prioritize and to work on projects cross-functionally in an international environment. You are also flexible and have great problem solving skills not to mention that you complete your tasks on time and have integrity and passion in your work.
This position reports to the Head of Export Sales and is based in Tumba, Stockholm.
