We are looking for Order Management Specialist. You will report to Customer Support Manager.
Your responsibilities
Customer Focus: Pro-actively communicate with customers and internal functions in order to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Order handling and follow up on orders.
Customer requests and coordinating responses.
Collect and archive documentation according to EL processes.
Data analyze: Regularly analyzes statistics (e.g. forecast, pacing, lead times etc.) using available tools and collecting relevant information.
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE): Read, understand and follow the HSE guidelines and report discrepancies to leadership.
Clean order entry, manage clean order entry according to the relevant requirements (prices, spike quantities, dates, customer and company data, etc.)
Your background
Interacting with customers through various medias, providing support, service and solutions.
Experience from using SAP, Salesforce is a must and experience of office 365, power bi is desirable.
Proactive approach to investigate and solving cases, interacting with teams within the organisation to make that happen.
Develop yourself, the team and organisation by actively seek and provide feedback.
Positive attitude with high integrity standards that will support the team, achieving HSE targets.
Technical interest/experience to understand our products and solutions that we provide to our customers.
Experience from logistics, understand setup of parameters and work closely with customers on adaptations and finetuning.
Used to handle multiple ongoing tasks in a structured way , and with an accurate, careful and thorough approach.
