In this role you will gain knowledge of how a modern logistics department works. You will be involved in interesting improvement projects and get an important role as a link between different parts of the company. The position is located at Ålö's Headquarters in Umeå.
Your new job
You will work within the Logistics department in Sweden that consists of 7 people. The Order Management position includes responsibility for registering customer and distribution orders, maintaining and updating new products in our ERP system Movex, and working with invoicing. The position also includes monitoring fulfillment of orders / delivery to customers, as well as redistribution and prioritization of orders in case of shortcoming and / or delays.
The job involves many internal as well as external contacts and you will become a link between sales companies, subsidiaries, distribution centers and production facilities.
Your profile
We are looking for a graduate with a degree in Economics or Engineering and a specialization within logistics. Experience from similar work tasks and/or customer support is meritorious. The position requires good computer skills, previous experience of working with an ERP system is an advantage. In this role you will have a lot of international contacts, so it is important that you have goodSwedish and English skills, both verbally and in writing.
You enjoy building relationships and have aprofessional approach. You are self-motivated, possess analytical skills and have a structured way of working. You enjoy working in a forward-thinking and ambitious environment where the customers' needs are in focus.
