The position: Order handling & purchasing & customer service, you will be responsible of the customers orders coming in on our website. You must be prepared to roll up your sleeves, plan and follow up on orders that are lost, shipped wrong or for some reason not have left the warehouse. You will make sure that the logistics center is packing all orders, opening returns and that the orders are received by the customer.
You've got a understanding of the journe of the orders, the customers point of view and a good sense of logistics.
Experience from logistics or e-commerce is not a must but an advantage.

English and Swedish skills are a must. We would also prefer that you speak a 3rd language.
