The position is a one-year consulting assignment, with the possibility of extension.
Start immediately or according to agreement.
About the role:
Responsible for transactions to deliver Radio Pharmacy equipment from various factories (Uppsala and other across Europe) to the regions worldwide.
Work in the OTR (Order Through Remittance) organization, in collaboration with Supply Chain, Logistic and the Regions. Ensure equipment get produced and shipped on time with Supply Chain. Collaborate with the regions on potential missing items. Connect with Logistic team to support efficient transportation from various factories to the end customer in the region. Eventually, stay connected with Project Managers to be aligned on customer requested dates.
This role will be mentored by the Order Fulfilment Leader who has 10 years of experience. The new person will gradually become autonomous and support our current growth.
Facilitate order management - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems. May support forecasting, billing and collection activities.
Qualifications:
• English (fluent)
• Operational Rigor: follow process execution, compliance measures.
• Capacity to learn relatively fast how to operate efficiently on our ERP (software used by our organization to manage all day-to-day business activities: supply chain operations, project management, order management, compliance, etc.)
