hela Sverige As a prominent player in the door system industry, we are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Order Delivery Manager to join our team. With our strong presence in Finland, Baltics, and Iceland, this role will be responsible for effectively managing back office processes within our export area. We are committed to maintaining high standards of customer service and operational efficiency across multiple regions.
About the Role:
As the Order Delivery Manager, you will report directly to the GEZE Country Manager for Finland, Baltics, and Iceland. Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Engaging with clients through various communication channels, including email, phone, and web meetings, to provide exceptional customer support.
• Performing essential tasks such as order entry, purchasing, delivery handling, invoicing, local shipments, claims management, offer preparation, and updating of master data.
• Ensuring smooth sales administration by utilizing SAP, CRM, and other relevant systems.
• Contributing to the development of IT systems, operations, and logistics to optimize processes.
• Managing orders, purchase orders, delivery information, invoices, local shipments, and claims promptly and accurately.
This role is as a consultant via Adecco with planned start within immediate affect and will initially go on for 6 months. For the right candidate there are great possibilities for an permanent position within the company.
About You:
To thrive in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following characteristics and qualifications:
• Comfortable with computers, SAP, Excel, and other programs commonly used in a back office setting.
• Enjoy problem-solving and demonstrate the ability to find creative solutions when faced with challenges. Our extensive product portfolio, diverse geographical coverage, and occasional system limitations require effective communication with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to overcome obstacles.
• Capable of managing your own tasks and taking ownership of your assigned customers and areas of responsibility. While teamwork is essential within our larger company, you should demonstrate the ability to work independently while adhering to established processes and standardized ways of working.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, as the majority of communication will be conducted via email. Additional language skills, such as Finnish or any Baltic language would be advantageous.
• Reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the office, we are located in Täby. Although remote work is a regular part of our operations, we foster a dynamic work environment where you should enjoy collaborating with a remote team.
