As an Operative Purchaser, you will place and monitor Purchase orders to our external suppliers and administer our ERP system, M3. You will also administrate distribution orders incoming/leaving our site and distribution orders from our subsidiaries. As Operative Purchaser, you also support Procurement in contacts with our suppliers. It 's also important to us that you contribute to our continuous improvements.
The position is placed in Vika, Falun and reports to Global Logistic Manager.
The successful candidate will have the following profile
Education & Job experiences:
• Upper secondary school
• Preferably some experience of administrative tasks
• Good computer skills, preferably experience from working in ERP system
Personal skills:
• Team orientated with good interpersonal skills and cooperation with colleagues and other departments.
• Highly motivated for the job and with an open attitude.
• Well organized and process orientated
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Swedish
