About the role of Operative buyer
You will be part of a high performing team where the members are both analytical, meticulous and relationship builders. You will primarily work with overall purchasing responsibility for various suppliers.
Furthermore, you will:
• Overall sourcing responsibility for tenders,
• Supplier invitation & selection,
• Commercial contract negotiations, with some legal knowledge and implementation of supplier contracts
• Managing Business procurement requirements/requisitions
• Using SAP & SAP Ariba for tenders
• Create purchase orders and contracts in SAP and Ariba
• Invoice checking & validation
• Tender project values could range from 500k SEK and upwards to multi-million SEK
We are looking for someone who has experience in purchasing and wants to further develop within the role. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities, which are characterized by curiosity, communication skills and creativity. We believe that you are driven and have good communication and relationship-building skills. As it is an international team, it is important that you can communicate freely in English, in speech and writing.
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement
• Proven track record of managing larger procurement projects and/or tenders, with end to end tender process
• Experience in using SAP Ariba and relevant platforms (i.e. eVergabe)
• Ability to convincingly manage a wide range of stakeholders, their conflicting requirements & cross-functional overlaps
• Good analytical mind-set and willingness to drive performance
• Creative and open-minded individual with a good sense of humor
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Work experience in international teams, appreciation of cultural differences and mobility/willingness to travel to other power plant locations within Sweden.
