As our Operations Team Lead, you will be responsible for the total Operations in Stockholm including our fleet and stations/parking network. This role is for you if you love operations, cars and managing a friendly feet-on-ground team on a daily basis with the end goal to deliver the best customer experience around Stockholm.
In this role, you will be based in our beautiful central office and report to our City Manager, who has the overall responsibility for running the business in Stockholm.
Together, we help our users to move more freely, meaningfully and sustainably.
Your engagement here will include but won't be limited to:
In this role, you will lead and guide the city operation team which include one field coordinator and 8+ field staffs towards achieving operational excellence in our daily operations.
Your tasks will include planning for the fleet and stations/parking network in order to match demand and supply (parking acquisition and planning of when/where to allocate our cars in your area). One of your priorities will be to make sure that our cars and stations are in the right place and always on par with M quality standards to offer a premium service to our customers.
You will be working closely with our City Manager (communicating performance, updates on timelines, improvements & risks/challenges) and crossfunctionally with our Customer Care and Tech teams to efficiently run operations, continuously improve our operational processes and most importantly make sure that our customers are always satisfied with our cars and service.
You will also be the key counterpart for workshops & washing providers.
You will need to gain a thorough and complete understanding of all business and operations systems used at M since you will be working on a daily basis with our back-office and field staff app systems supporting our operational processes.
You show experience with most of the following...
Proven experience in managing an operations team and a large fleet of cars and parking's, preferably within the mobility, car sharing/rental industry
Communication and leadership skills, guiding and motivating the team in order to best perform
Being customer oriented, problem solver and result-driven with the ability to align with different stakeholders (operations, customer care, tech & design teams)
Used to deliver according to tight deadlines and sometimes unplanned tasks with a good level of autonomy
Fluency in Swedish and English required
Driver's license (B)
