hela Sverige Your main mission will be to lead the Operations support team - an engaged and skilled team of 6 colleagues with focus on providing professional document control and project planning in FACTS' projects. The team is also responsible supervision and support to the ABB Global Business service center in Tallinn in the area of Operative purchasing.
Your job will also include development of your team members and providing individual support in order to ensure that your team resources are aligned with the allocation work. Furthermore, you will continue to develop collaboration with our resources in document control and project planning, which are located in India.
You will, together with your team, develop, implement and continuously improve our ways of working within the team's areas of responsibility.
To succeed, you need have a genuine interest in people and in building relations with your team members, as well as be quality focused with a strong drive to achieve set goals. You are process-oriented and can combine this with your experience from project execution to support your team in both process development and in delivering on the team's commitments. Finally, you have a positive disposition, a structured work approach, and you are a skilled and effective communicator.
You hold a degree in a relevant field, and have 2-5 years' experience in the power utilities or other similar industries, preferably with prior roles in project management. Since you will be part of a global business, you need to be fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken alike.
