Role Description
Market Partner is now looking for a team member in our partner solution team for the role of Operations Support Admin, this role is in close collaboration with one of the world's leading IT-companies.
Prepare and deliver the weekly report in specific client tools.
Lead escalation process for deals. Keeping close contact with relevant partners and stakeholders. Assist partners in ticketing system.
Facilitate training support.
Help sales operations teams with updates and audits tracking
Provide partners with support on co-sell inquiries.
We are looking for someone who:
• It's a plus if you have 1-2 years of experience working with administrative tasks.
• You need to be fluent in English
