Intro
We have an opportunity for an Operations & Marketing Assistant to work on a market leading range of training services in Project Management and IT Service Management.
QRP M.M.I. Nordics AB runs a large range of services in project management and IT service management field, including both training and consultancy in worldwide recognized theoretical practices throughout Europe and in the rest of the world.
The Operations & Marketing Assistant will provide support to the Managing Director of the Nordics office in Stockholm. The role is to coordinate and participate in a variety of activities associated with the marketing, administration and finance.
Subsequent to the first year there will be an opportunity to work become the Operations & Marketing Manager for the office in Stockholm.
Job specification: Full time – Operations & Marketing Assistant
Reporting to: Managing Director
Contract: 6 – 12 months contract with possible extensions
Where: Stockholm, Sweden
Education: Marketing or Business Studies Degree
(just graduated or to be graduated)
Work Experience: Position would suit a recent graduate with possibly 1-3 years relevant work experience looking to embark on a career within administration/marketing.
Skills:
• Basic Administrative experience
• Being abel to work independently
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent English speaking and writing
• Fluent Swedish speaking and writing or Native Swedish
• Desirable: Administration/Marketing experience
• Desirable: Knowledge of other languages
(Scandinavian/ Baltic/ Finish/ Russian)
Abilities:
The position is ideal for a results driven and creative individual who is comfortable in dealing with multiple projects in a demanding deadline driven environment.
The ability to work individually.
Personality:
An enthusiastic self driven person is required with excellent communication skills, highly motivated and results driven, dynamic and flexible. You are able to work on individual tasks.
Age indication: 23 – 32 years
Operations & Marketing Assistant responsibilities will include:
• Assist in the implementation of national and international marketing programs for the QRPMMI
• Organize mailings
• Telemarketing activities (national and international)
pre-sales activities : preparing offers, tenders etc.
• Various Administration activities
• Event organizations (reservations, promo-material, contact sponsors)
• Develop newsletters and press releases
• Prepare courses, events and marketing material
• Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
• Provide services to customers, such as order placement and account information.
• Translations from English to Swedish visa versa
• Market research activities
