You will be part of High Voltage Products. We are globally responsible for development, production and sales of high voltage components for power systems within both AC and DC. The unit works with breakers, capacitors, instrument transformers, surge arresters and cooling systems. We develop and test new products in our high power laboratory, and operate in Swedish and global markets.

You will be responsible for the department that manages manufacturing, planning, material logistics and industrial engineering. As Operations Manager, you will be a part of the Instrument Transformers Management team and your main objective will be to ensure world class operational excellence by deploying a lean management culture and managing continuous improvement along the operational value chain. Be a role model for the company, peers and subordinates.

You will responsible for our manufacturing department, which includes winding of primary conductors, assembly, product related processes, routine testing and packing. You will also be responsible for industrial engineering department, which includes production systems, logistic systems, planning systems, work safety and ergonomic, service and maintaining of equipment. Material logistic responsibility including material planning, purchasing, logistic, incoming inspection and unpacking, warehouse and manufacturing line material feeding. You will also be responsible for system planning, including master scheduling and manufacturing department's plan.

You will be able to influence the strategy and take responsibility for the success of instrument transformers. Within this position you will get to spread engagement, joy and motivation throughout the organization. We need your leadership skills in order to secure continued profitability within the unit.

Preferably, you hold a Master's degree in Engineering and can look back on several years of experience from industrial settings. We expect that you have a good understanding of LEAN, 6Sigma and/or other methods to drive process improvements. Further experience from leadership, production or project management is also an advantage. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a requirement.

You are a goal-oriented, driven and collaborative person with a positive attitude towards change. Being a key figure in the instrument transformers management team requires good leadership, high social competence, quality awareness and an overall comprehensive view, which calls for a natural leadership.
